I met Felicia when she took over my account from the outgoing Chastity. Felicia is honestly a charm and a real asset to FRM. She is calm, empathetic, thorough and professional. Felicia is a great listener and note taker (and trust me, my issue was a complex one with many sides, invoices and accounts). What I have loved the most (during a particularly harrowing experience in settling a claim) is that she was diligent in her follow ups, which took quite a bit of the sting out of the back and forth and more importantly, it signalled HEAVILY that she was interested in getting me towards a speedy and favourable resolution. In an era where there are a million darts coming towards us at the same time and fires to put out, her commitment to following up with a response (even if it was to say that she was still working on one thing or the other) was the most reassuring and invaluable part of my experience with her. When she pressed my case towards a resolution in my favour, I knew that it was a blessing to have her assigned to me. She is worth her weight in gold.
